Villains Back Patch

These were some back patches I had screenprinted. Inspired by metal & punk culture, I chose the word Villains and ran with it. It's not a real band or gang or anything at all. Just a word, open to interpretation.

E.E. U.U. is Spanish for Estados Unidos (USA for all you laymen) and signifies Villains' country of origin. Duh.

Lizzo Bangers Logo

Back in August, longtime friend and local rapper Lizzo asked me to come up with a logo for her debut album. After a lot of deliberation, we decided to go with this one:

Al's Brew

It was recently my totally awesome Dad's birthday. Since he collects old beer cans, I figured a custom designed label would be a fitting gift.

They don't make 'em like they used to.
The existing rust from the can showed through during the pasting process, but it added a really great touch of antiquity. One of those "happy mistakes" I'd always heard about...

\m/etal

I was set to design this logo for a client, but it never got past the planning stages.

I was excited enough about the idea to take it to a [rough] final stage, just for fun, and here's how it turned out:

Kids Music Swamp

I've been doing this design blog for a couple of months now. I've always wanted to do a music blog though. I made one up, called "Kids Music Swamp" (titled as such for reasons I can't recall,) that I will be tinkering around with in the coming months. Here's a logo I made for it:
Be sure to check it out in the near future for updates on the MPLS music scene.
